How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time will be 5 working days in Portugal Continental, if the item is in stock.
Otherwise, an email will be sent to alert that the delivery time may change due to production.
At that time the customer can decide whether to proceed with the order or cancel it. To Azores and Madeira the delivery time will be 7 working days.
In other countries, the European Community delivery time is 10 working days.
What is the cost of shipping?
Portugal Continental: Free
Azores and Madeira: 10€
European community countries: 20€
Destinations outside the European Community: price on request through email@example.com

Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange the item(s)?
If you have purchased the item in stock, it is possible to make the exchange within 15 days after receiving the product, as long as they are in perfect condition. They must be returned with their complete original packaging.
When items are ordered, exchanges are not accepted.
How do I exchange my product(s)?
Please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org, at that time you will be provided with our address. Ninas accept exchanges but we are not responsible for shipping costs. Products must be returned in their complete original packaging.
What is the deadline for making exchanges?
Exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. The website www.ninas.pt reserves the right to refuse exchanges communicated or sent after the set deadline, or pieces that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
When do I receive my refund amount?
You will receive the amount within an estimated 10-14 days, depending on your bank. The term is counted from the moment the product is received at our facilities.
Are out-of-stock items replaced?
If an item is out of stock you can, in some cases, order it. Contact us through email@example.com. If the product is not available in stock, we accept orders.
The product must be paid on the moment of the purchase. The delivery period may be extended, not having to comply with the deadlines established in situations where the product is in stock.
To avoid waste, we work with small productions, all of our collections are limited editions with only a few copies of the same model.
After ordering an item out of stock, how long does it take to receive it?
If the item is out of stock, it will be analyzed at our facilities if there is material to proceed with production. If everything is in order, you will receive an email to confirm the order and proceed with the payment. Remember that you are buying a product designed and painted manually in this way, the production period may vary between three to four weeks depending on the model chosen. This period may change depending on the volume of orders.
How can I confirm that I placed my order correctly?
Once you have placed your order, within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email from our email

Ninas only sells new items and in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a faulty item, you should contact us through email@example.com

We will proceed with the analysis of the returned product and in case the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as the reasons justifying the return, the total amount paid or the exchange of the product will be refunded.
